Why HIIT on a stopwatch URL
Workout searchers bounce when they hit a blank dial. The HIIT landing pre-styles the face and arm so the first tap feels like a session, not a settings tour.

Interval workouts
This page applies the HIIT preset: midnight sport look, ten-second arm, lap sounds. Use Start / Lap between work and rest blocks — elapsed time stays on screen while you move.
HIIT often needs elapsed cues more than a fixed countdown. Pair with a separate countdown timer page if you want automatic round lengths; this stopwatch stays under your control for messy real gym floors.
Press Start after the arm countdown. Mark each interval with Lap. Fullscreen or display mode keeps digits readable across the room.
Press Lap or L to save a split. The last three laps stay on the stage; the table shows lap time, total, Δ vs previous, Δ vs best, and a bar versus your slowest lap. Best and worst rows are highlighted; tap the tempo chart to jump to a lap.
Export CSV or share a read-only result link. Share a look with a hash URL for SEO-friendly bookmarks. Display (D) enlarges the stage and, once you have laps, shows status · time · Lap n · Best. Sleep (S) dims the page; F goes fullscreen — useful in gyms and classrooms.
